THURSDAY UPTOWNERS LEAGUE

April 24th, 2007

This league has not started as of this date since we have not had enough response to justify a league at this time. We are looking at other options for team racquetball play downtown and will be sending out more info as soon as we can work the details.

The UPTOWNERS League will be on Thursday nights at Elmwood Fitness Center Downtown,
located in the heart of the CBD in the One Shell Square building.

We request players wear "approved protective" eye wear at all times when playing racquetball.

League scheduled for :

5 PM > 1v16, 2v15
6 PM > 3v14, 4v13
7 PM > 5v12, 6v11
8 PM > 7v10, 8v9

Matches blocked out in GREEN have been played. Matches blocked out in BROWN have been forfeited. Matches blocked out in BLUE have been canceled. Any matches not played on their scheduled date, (or rescheduled date) as explained in the "Forfeit Rules" will result in a zero (F) score being posted for one player and 33 for the other player, or depending on the circumstances as determined by the league manager, a zero (F) score may be posted for both players.

Everyone should be sure to read the " Forfeit Rules" and the "General League Rules" posted on the web and the league bulletin board beside "Court 1". If you can't play a scheduled match be sure to contact your opponent and the league manager (Al Schof) to schedule a makeup match within two (2) weeks.

A player that receives a forfeit for not showing up and/or not contacting their opponent & league manager ( Al Schof) to reschedule the match in a timely manner may only play the match to remove the forfeit if the opponent & league manager agrees. The opponent that received 33 for the forfeit will retain his original score of 33.
