All of us here at Elmwood Fitness Center want to thank you for participating in the 11th annual Summer Cooler Pro-Am Racquetball Tournament. In an effort to improve our services to you, please complete this questionnaire about the tournament and your experiences during it.

KATRINA, which we swear wasn't part of the program, put a damper on an otherwise great tournament up to the point we had to pull the plug. We hope everyone was able to get to safety and trust you won't let this prevent you from returning again next year or even to one our many other tournaments listed below.
